birds, flowers, dogs, cats, music, food and many more. She also makes
beads using the millefori technique. All jewelry is one-of-a-kind and

Jackson DaintyWriter, Illustrator, Painter, Renaissance Man
Jackson Dainty writes and illustrates family books that encourage children to be who they are and express their creativity. He also creates beautiful paintings such as this one entitled "Letting Go to the Light". He calls this style of painting "Impressionistic Idealism".

Avye AlexandresPhotographer, Performance Artist, Director, Visual Artist
Avye Alexandres is an Artist on the Verge Grant Recipient at Northern lights, and her installation piece Once was exhibited at the Weisman Art Museum in Minneapolis during the Summer of 2009. Her work in photography often reflects the themes of space and change. She also does performance art for the Red Eye Theater and the Soap Factory.

Kevin Anthony
Musician
After relocating to Minnesota a little over three years ago, Texas native Kevin Anthony has found a niche in the Twin Cities roots scene and people respond positively to his music's Texas & Louisiana flavor.
Despite the fact that those around him continue to add electronics and distortions to their music to keep up with the times, Anthony is persistent in sticking to a specific traditional form.
Kevin has played fiddle with several bands around the Twin Cities such as Lazy Ike & The Daredevils, Jennifer Markey & Her Buckboard Boys, Pop Wagner, The Cajun Hot Soles and his own band called The Twin City Playboys. In addition, throughout the year he travels home to Texas and Louisiana to perform with Grammy nominated Al Berard & The Basin Brothers and The Doc Marshalls.
He has recorded and released several albums with his band, The Twin City Playboys, and has produced several projects for his upstart label called 409 Recordings. Most notably, The Cajun Hot Soles 2007 release of “Sold My Sole” and “Twin City Two Step: Cajun & Zydeco Music from Minneapolis/St. Paul which features nine Minnesota bands performing traditional Cajun & Zydeco music.
Kevin also started the Saturday morning Cajun jam at The Coffee Grounds in Falcon Heights which takes place every 1st & 3rd Saturday. The jam is an open invitation for players of all skills levels to learn to play and sing Cajun music. Each jam offers a free lesson for accordion, fiddle or guitar prior to the jam by some of the Twin Cities top musicians.
Currently, Kevin is writing and recording new material for his forthcoming solo project.
