I engage clients in an exciting process of self exploration, creative visualization and action plans that fit their personal style.
Coaching is a partnership of equals. Instead of giving advice, I encourage clients to trust themselves and make decisions based on what they value. I ask questions to stimulate creative thinking, and often my clients will say
"hey, I just thought of an even better idea".
That's the magic of coaching–
helping people find answers that ring true for them.
