Other Relaxation Training Class Opportunities
- For employees of the Minnesota Department of Transportation in St. Paul, I offer a relaxation training class every month on either the first or second Monday at 11:30 a.m. You can sign up through your wellness committee. Read what one Mn/DOT employee said about the classes in her blog.
- I offer special events with a theme at the James J. Hill House throughout the year. Previous events were Relax into the Holidays, Romance and Relaxation, Relax into Mother's Day, and National Relaxation Day. These events include a tour of the beautiful James J. Hill House and a relaxation class featuring deep breathing, muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and meditation.
