Beth Freschi is a relaxation and life coach based in St. Paul, MN and the owner of A Time for Expression, LLC. She holds a B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from University of St. Thomas (St. Paul. MN). With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, she brings a wealth of professional knowledge to her nuanced, specialized relaxation classes and popular recordings.

Invitation to Relax

Weekly relaxation training classes in the Twin Cities

Do you live in the Twin Cities and want to find a relaxation training class? I provide a weekly class by invitation. It is an ongoing class that you can attend either regularly or occasionally, whenever you need a time for relaxation. I also provide custom relaxation classes in the community—you can contact me for more information.

Since the class is not open to the general public, there is a deeper sense of connection and comfort. Getting to know me and the relaxation techniques I use before attending prepares you for the class so you can be sure it is right for you. You can then go to the class knowing that the other group members will welcome you to experience relaxation together.
