How Taking Time for Rest & Relaxation Can Take Your Business to Another Level

Gresham Harkless interviewed me for his CEO Chat podcast. During the interview, we discussed my business and how as a Relaxation and Life Coach I help people reach success. We discussed how busy professionals and students can change their perspective on relaxation and use small relaxation breaks throughout their day to help manage the stress of real life.

My Relaxation Recordings

"I bought your Relaxation CD on Amazon. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed it, and have recommended it to friends. It is the best relaxation CD I've heard in a long time. I hope that you will make more, with different visualizations (although I must admit I very much enjoy the loving kindness meditation). You have a very soothing voice, and your meditations have been a great way to end my day. It's something I look forward to. Thanks so much for creating such an effective CD." — John Knapp, Vancouver, WA

My guided relaxation training recordings and sessions are excellent tools for stress management and wellness. They empower people to take care of their health and wellbeing through pleasant, effective relaxation techniques that can be used at home, school or in the office.

"Beth Freschi is amazing. She has some wonderful cds. I use her cds for my meditation and healing circles. What a fabulous response from all. I personally got to meet Beth and what a true, caring being and soul! Check out all her cds - you will be so glad you did!"
