Counseling is a collaborative process. Together, there is time to explore what shapes your life, from moments of joy and hope to grief, uncertainty, and emotional pain. When you feel ready, I welcome you to bring your whole self to counseling, including your experiences, identity, culture, beliefs, quirks, strengths, humor, fears, interests, wishes, struggles, creativity, and feelings. During our sessions, my goal will be to create room for understanding, healing, and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
