I invite you to experience my weekly guided relaxation training sessions on Zoom—they provide a calming rhythm to help carry you through the rest of your week.
Please join us on Wednesdays at 8 pm Central Time.

These relaxation sessions will be unlike any Zoom sessions you have attended—in the best way possible. Instead of leaning forward and focusing on the screen, I invite you to sit or lie back in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and experience the benefits of pleasant, effective relaxation techniques.

I will guide you through effective relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body:

Breathing
Muscle Relaxation
Guided Imagery
Loving Kindness Meditation

You can visit my Relaxation Training Page for more information about the benefits of practicing relaxation techniques.

Guided Relaxation at A Time for Expression, LLC

“The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.”
— Sydney J. Harris

Life can be so busy and stressful, and this quote by Sydney J. Harris is one of my favorites because it helps remind us to make time for relaxation. In the original article, Sydney talks about how when people get the time to relax, they are generally too exhausted to enjoy it. So he found that the way to relax is to spread it out during the week so that “the tensions don’t snap into listless apathy at the weekend”. I agree with this idea completely, so I encourage you to try my guided relaxation sessions and take the first step towards a more relaxed, centered life.

These Zoom sessions allow you to enjoy the feeling from the comfort of your own space.

Relaxation guidance that soothes the nervous system, softens tension, and gently restores your sense of calm—from the comfort of your own space.
