Weekly relaxation training in the Twin Cities
Do you live in the Twin Cities and want to find a relaxation training class? I provide a weekly class by invitation. It is ongoing—you can attend either regularly or occasionally, whenever you need a time for relaxation. I also provide custom relaxation events in the community—you can contact me for more information.

Since the class is not open to the general public, there is a deeper sense of connection and comfort. Getting to know me and the relaxation techniques I use before attending prepares you for the class so you can be sure it is right for you. You can then attend knowing that the other group members will welcome you to experience relaxation together.
